Kuna Indian children in Playon Chica in Panama. This is the only adobe building in the village which takes up an entire small island. Most of the Kuna live in some form of fabric housing. They are very close knit. I was honoured to be there

What a beautiful painting. Very evocative - makes the viewer want to know the whole story.
Susan Richardson replied:
Thankyou so much Marsha. In this Kuna village in Panama, this is the general store and only adobe building. Everyone lives in adjacent grass topped huts, very simple, but they were all apparently happy and content. Was honored to be there and would love to return.
