Iconic corner of Apalachicola, Commerce Street crosssing Avenue D. Franklin Press, now closed, was the morning meeting place of the town's elders, still has it's original printing equipment. Peek through the windows. Downtown Books, with the purple awnings, is the best little bookstore in the country....and that's my Subaru Forester on the right!
